Above, in your reference to the Apple Cider Vinegar, you repeat the directive given under tea and coffee – ‘take a cup in the morning before breakfast.’ A cup of vinegar would be a bit much for any system – did you mean to say that? If so, from whence did you obtain the recommendation?

Otherwise, I enjoyed perusing the data. I am a strong defender of the natural medicine to cure that which ails us. Thank You for sharing!

Ahh apple cider vinegar, good for so many things! I don’t believe it meant take a cup of apple cider vinegar, but add it to the other drinks. At least that’s what I’ve always done. You’re right, it does come off as taking a whole cup, which no, that would be gross, and not good for your teeth. I got these from different sources awhile ago, can’t remember the exact location. I save them on my Pinterest. I do take apple cider vinegar everyday, in the morning. I always take a tbl spoon(due to my size), add a few drops of lemon(dilutes the taste), in a cup of water. I also use a straw when drinking it. It works wonders!

You’re welcome as well, and thank you for noticing that! Natural medicine has a cure for almost anything. Oils are really great too!

I enjoyed the graphics and the advice. There are so many ways to skin the cat of a healthier mind and body and I love when people actively engage in this discussion. My favorite purveyor of knowledge on this subject is Dr. Peter Attia (as in MD, not PhD). He’s got a blog, a podcast, and he’s an investor in a couple of really cool tech things.

I “found” him when I started taking control of not just what I eat, but when I eat. I do this through an app called Zero. In my fasted state I range from 0 calories (shorter fasts) to 500/day (longer than three day fasts).

If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend it. If food can medicine, then the absence of it can also be medicine.

Wow, that’s so cool to hear and I’m going to try it. I’m always down to try anything that’ll benefit health. I was following Dr. Sebi’s alkaline diet for awhile, but kind of swayed off of it. I read there’s a ton of benefits from fasting as well. Longest I fasted was four days straight. Takes a lot of dedication.
I’m about to look up Dr. Peter Attia right now and also check out that app. Thank you so much for the recommendations. I greatly appreciate it! If you have anymore recommendations, please let me know! I’m always looking for new information on traditional methods of healing!

I try to to deliver overkill on this topic since it’s often a very personal journey. Since leaving the Marines two years ago, I gained 30 pounds. As of today, I’ve lost it all plus an additional 10 pounds. I now am the weight I was 20 years ago. And I feel really good about that. And I just feel really good generally.

I love food, but eating and I needed to get some space from each other if I don’t want to have a date with heart disease. That’s my family’s disease of genetics.
