      The bridge kills my thighs more than anything! It’s the upward dog that gets to me. My sister recommended planking before doing some of these, (like bridge), and I don’t know what it is, but she’s right. It makes it easier to keep up the momentum.

      Omg I know exactly what you mean and how you feel! 😂 When I first started planking I would shake uncontrollably and felt like I was gonna pass out! Lol It got easier through breathing exercises, but it’s still a killer.
