Hey Will! Chia seeds are so versatile! You can add them in multiple things like yogurt, cakes(they’re also good egg substitutes), shakes, smoothies, salads, ummm…, oh yeah, and soups! Just to name a few things. You can make chia pudding as well, which is really good, and super easy to make! Everyone makes it differently, but I mix chia seeds, almond mix and raw honey together, and refrigerate it overnight. I also mix chia seeds with lemon water to reduce my belly fat. I found that trick online awhile ago! Super versatile stuff!

Haha, I’m going to have to give this Chia pudding a go. That sounds delicious. Thanks for some of the pointers. Chia seems to be a pretty good additive for multiple reasons.

Thanks again for the help, have a great weekend!
